2. Personal Data We Process

- Contact: e-mail address, phone / mobile number, fax, address.
- Customer transaction: company name, products of interest, quote requests, message content, training application details.
- Transaction security: IP address, browser and device information, visit date/time, server logs.
- Preferences: language preference and recently viewed products (stored only in your browser; see the Cookie Policy).
We do not request special categories of personal data (health, biometric data, etc.) through our website; please do not enter such information in our forms.
3. Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your contact, quote and information requests and suggesting suitable products;
- Receiving, evaluating and organising training applications;
- Carrying out pre-sales and after-sales processes and entering into contracts;
- Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse and spam;
- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities;
- Establishing, exercising and defending legal claims.
4. Collection Method and Legal Grounds
Your data is collected through the contact, quote and training forms on our website, and via e-mail, phone and WhatsApp. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: performance or conclusion of a contract (5/2-c), compliance with legal obligations (5/2-ç), establishment, exercise or protection of a right (5/2-e), our legitimate interests provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (5/2-f), and, where none of these apply, your explicit consent (5/1).
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, only for the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to our business partners and suppliers where needed to deliver the service you request, to hosting, e-mail and IT service providers, and to legally authorised public authorities and courts. Our hosting servers and some service providers (e.g. Google Fonts and Google Maps) may be located abroad; such transfers are carried out under the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK. Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by the statutory limitation / retention periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights (Article 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion or destruction under Article 7; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests in writing with a wet signature to Osman Gazi Mahallesi 3123 Sk. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
